This was a car I bought in Maryland. The owner had passed away a few months earlier and left the car in a little garage behind a building in downtown Baltimore. The executor of the estate also had three 2000TC's to deal with in an another garage a little further down the alley. The TC's were in pretty bad shape and had to be removed within 24 hours because the building was to be sold. As far as I know, the TC's didn't survive, but I went back a week later and drove this 3500S home to Pennsylvania. Following an interesting drive home, I rebuilt the power brake servo but otherwise had only minor repairs to make. The previous owner had this car for about twenty years and never registered it. He used a very rough 2000TC as a daily driver and simply swapped the plates from the TC to the 3500S whenever he went for a drive. He drove it to West Virginia and back at least twice a year. The next owner of this car was Grant Hegrenes of Tennessee. It now belongs to Dirk Burrowes of Ashburnham, MA.
