Pure P4: The Cyclops 

I love all P4s, but here's the automobile as it was originally envisioned by the Rover stylists. Within a couple of years, the marketing people said, "Give us a traditional grille and a boot that can hold more bags." The later cars are great, but there's much to be said for the purity of the original design.

If anyone can provide information concerning the owner of this car or provide other information concerning it, please email me with the details. All I know is that this photo was taken at the Museum of Kent classic vehicle show at Cobham Maidstone in 2005.
